Hazel thank you so much for reminding me of this beautiful beautiful workshop. I started work last week and I went into the office for the first time it was so hard and so overwhelming and I didn't realize just how much I needed to just take a moment and get a clear vision and perspective on what it is that I need to do. I know there's a reason why I took yoga teacher training and there's a reason why I have built and connected with the community. I'm supposed to be sharing my gifts of yoga and mindfulness and your meditation was that secret reminder to just hold on and start building.

I had an energy healing session with Goddess Hazel and because I couldn’t drive to her we did it through a video call. I was dealing with serious migraine issues after a car accident.
